Previously, Chad worked as a Field Project Manager at Royston LLC, supervising contractors on various projects in the convenience store sector, and held roles in non-profit organizations with a focus on community recovery and educational projects. Chad's leadership in recruiting and training staff was demonstrated at Lake Retreat Christian Conference Center, and academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northwest University.
