Royston Group
Kyle Frantz started their work experience as a Help Desk Technician at Royston LLC in April 2006. Kyle was responsible for maintaining client systems on location and providing support to Field Operations staff across the US. In April 2011, they were promoted to Network Administrator, where they managed the IT infrastructure for three manufacturing facilities and acted as Tier 2 support when needed. In November 2014, they were further promoted to the role of Information Technology Manager, where they currently manage an IT team supporting 350+ end users across three states. Kyle oversees day-to-day operations, including security, SAS, data center, and WAN, and acts as the point of contact for IT to the senior management team. In February 2021, Kyle joined Royston Group as the Director of Information Systems. After a short period of time, they were promoted to the role of Vice President of Information Technology in September 2023.
Kyle Frantz attended Emmanuel College from 2004 to 2006 but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. In 2006, they enrolled at Athens Technical College and obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology in 2007. In terms of certifications, they obtained a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in June 2016. Kyle also holds a Microsoft Certified Professional certification, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
