Roze Room Hospice
Jesse Chiang MHA, RN is an experienced healthcare professional with extensive expertise in case management and palliative care. Currently serving as a UM Case Manager at Los Angeles Air Force since September 2019, Jesse has also held positions as an RNCM at Roze Room Hospice and as a Case Manager/Hospice Nurse at VITAS Healthcare since 2018 and 2017, respectively. Previous roles include Case Manager/RN at Health Essentials LLC and ACHC RN Committee Member at PharMedQuest, where responsibilities encompassed policy review, patient safety, and accreditation preparation. Jesse's earlier experience includes quality improvement coordination at SynerMed and analysis roles at IEHP and Advanced Medical Analysis, LLC. Education includes a Master's degree in Health Administration from the University of La Verne and a Master's degree in Nursing from West Coast University.
