Vinay Sukumar

Vinay Sukumar has over 14 years of experience in the technology sector. Vinay began their career in 2004 as a Senior Student Consultant and Instructor at Integrated Technology Services, UNB. In 2006, they moved to Spielo, A GTECH Company, where they served as a Software Project Consultant. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Alcatel-Lucent as a Genesys Technical Support Analyst. Vinay then joined Q1 Labs an IBM Company as a Technical Support Engineer in 2010. In 2013, they moved to IBM Canada Ltd. as a Technical Product Manager. In 2015, they began working at IBM as a World Wide Offering Manager, QRadar Integrations, Vulnerability and Risk Management. In 2018, they joined Amazon Web Services as a Category Leader, Security Intelligence. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Head of Product at Rozie.AI.

Vinay Sukumar has a diverse educational background. Vinay completed a Master of Computer Science (MCS) in Software Engineering at the University of New Brunswick from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Software Engineering from the same institution from 2003 to 2005. Vinay also attended CAE for one year, completing a Computer Science program in 2002. Additionally, they obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2019.
