Dilip Pattanayak

Dilip Pattanayak currently serves as President of Group HRRP at Sanjiv Goenka Group since August 2025. Prior to this role, Dilip held the position of President & Group CHRO at JSW from January 2020 to August 2025. Previously, Dilip was the Senior Executive Vice President and Head of HR Manufacturing at Reliance Industries Limited from April 2018 to January 2020. Dilip also served as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Hindustan Zinc Limited from October 2015 to April 2018, and as Vice President and Head of the HR Manufacturing Cluster at Reliance Industries Limited from October 2012 to October 2015. Dilip holds an MBA in HR from Utkal University and a B.Sc. in Chemistry Honours from Sambalpur University.
