Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar has a strong background in facility management and administration. Manoj currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer at RP Sanjiv Goenka Group since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Jubilant Generics Ltd from 2008 to 2021, where they served as Head Administration (Associate Director) Administration. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing various aspects of facility management and administration services for the company. Before joining Jubilant Generics Ltd, they worked at Adani Enterprises Ltd as a Senior Engineer and Facility Manager, handling facility operations and maintenance. Manoj also served as a Shift Engineer and Mall Manager at Galaxy Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. Additionally, they have experience as an Electrical Engineer working on metro projects at Hitech Management Consultant (ETA Engg Pvt. Ltd.) and as a Maintenance Supervisor at DFM Foods Ltd.

Manoj Kumar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University. Manoj also holds a Three Years Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Vaish Technical Institute, Rohtak. In their earlier education, they completed their 10+2 in the Non-Medical field from Janta Senior Secondary School in Ganaur, Sonipat, Haryana.
