Meghna Dosi began their work experience in 2002 as a Quality Analyst at IGATE. Meghna then worked as a Training Manager at Abearix Technologies from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, they joined Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute as a Master Trainer for Personality Development. From 2010 to 2015, Meghna worked at Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services Ltd as a Manager for Customer Relations & Corporate Communications. Currently, they are the Head of Business Excellence, Customer Relations, and CSR at NPCL within the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, a position they have held since 2015.

Meghna Dosi completed their PGDBM in Business Administration and Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education from St Rapheals H S School in Indore, from 1991 to 1993. No information is provided about their education at Holkar Science College.
