Andy Tapping

Andy Tapping has worked in various industries since 2005. Andy began their career as an Engineer at Laing O'Rourke, followed by a role as a Teacher of Physics at The Burgate School and Sixth Form Centre from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they moved to ShoreTel as a Sales Operations and Commercial Analyst. In 2017, they joined Mitel as a Salesforce Business Administrator & Analyst and Commercial Operations Analyst. In 2019, they founded and owned Tapping Carpentry. In 2021, they returned to Mitel as an International Cloud Operations Manager. Most recently, they are a Commercial Systems Manager at RPA Supervisor since 2022.

Andy Tapping obtained a Master of Civil Engineering (MEng) from the University of Bath in 2008. In 2010, they completed a Post Graduate Certificate of Education. Secondary Teacher of Physics. (PGCE) from the University of Southampton. In September 2018, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
