Jimmy Greaves

Jimmy Greaves has had a long and varied career in automation and process improvement. Jimmy started their career in 2011 as a Senior Profit Recovery Auditor at Audit Partnership Limited, where they were responsible for identifying and managing discrepancies between major supermarket retailers and their suppliers. In 2014, they moved to Leeds Building Society, where they worked as a Robotic Process Automation Developer and Operational Change Analyst. In 2016, they joined ISG (Information Services Group) as a Consulting Manager and Senior RPA Consultant. Theirroles included creating and delivering large scale strategic automation programs for regional and international clients, advising and consulting for medium to large organizations looking to adopt automation, and becoming an accredited expert in all of Gartner's Leadership quadrant technologies for RPA. Jimmy currently works as a Customer Success Engineer/Customer Success Manager at RPA Supervisor.

Jimmy Greaves attended Northumbria University from 2009 to 2011, studying Business Finance.
