Julie Swinehart

Julie Swinehart is the current Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at RPAI. Julie has held this position since July 2015. Prior to that, they were the SVP - Chief Accounting Officer from May 2013 to July 2015. From September 2010 to April 2013, they were the Vice President - Financial Reporting. And from June 2008 to August 2010, they were the Assistant Corporate Controller.

Julie started their career at Arthur Andersen as an Audit Senior from January 1997 to December 2002. Julie then joined Equity Office Properties as the Manager - Financial Reporting in November 2005 and stayed there until January 2008. After that, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Manager from June 2002 to October 2005. In September 2010, they joined Fenway Sports Group as the EVP, Chief Financial Officer. Julie Swinehart has been with RPAI since July 2015 and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer.

Julie Swinehart has a bachelor's degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
