Matthew Beverly

Matthew Beverly is the current President of the Eastern Division at RPAI. Prior to this position, they served as Vice President of Investment at General Growth Properties from 2002 to 2014. From 2000 to 2001, they were a Senior Associate at Ashton Partners. Beverly began their career at KPMG in 1997 as a Senior Tax Specialist.

Matthew Beverly received their MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Finance & Strategic Management. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Science in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Matthew also holds a bachelor's degree from St. Viator High School.
