Emily Bailey has extensive experience in human resources and sales, currently serving as Senior People Manager at RPC since November 2016, following roles as Human Resources Manager, HR & Resourcing Executive, and HR & Resourcing Assistant within the same company. Previous professional experience includes working as an Operations Administrator at Yachting Pages Media Group and a Senior Sales Consultant at T & E Ferris Ltd, in addition to a brief HR Internship at IOP Publishing. Emily began their career at Clarks and Monsoon Accessorize Norden as a Sales Assistant. In terms of education, Emily holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the West of England, a Level 3 Diploma in Human Resources Development from ICS Learn, and a Level 5 Human Resources Management (CIPD) qualification from DPG Plc.
