Matthew Wilcox is an experienced Learning & Development professional with a successful track record in managing talent development initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Manager at RPC since October 2020, Matthew leads the firm's Environmental Social Governance (ESG) learning priorities, designs innovative development programs, and has established a career development curriculum for Business Services. Previously, as Talent Development Manager at Taylor Wessing from September 2017 to January 2020, Matthew implemented the firm's Learning Management System and managed a global senior partner development program. Additional experience includes roles as Learning Delivery Specialist at UBS, Learning & Development Programme Manager at Fitch Learning, Programme Manager and Administrator at London Business School, and an Administrator at the University of Oxford. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree from Buckinghamshire New University.
