Additionally, Pauline has extensive experience at Guardsman, holding various senior roles including Head of Operations, Senior Manager of Claim Operations, and Claims Manager over a span of several years. Pauline’s career commenced at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd., where significant roles included Centre Manager. Pauline's education was completed at Bournemouth School for Girls.
