Rachel Davis has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at RPC law firm since April 2000, where a prior role as HR Manager was also held. Before joining RPC, Rachel worked as HR Manager at Edwin Coe from August 1999 to April 2000 and as an HR Officer at Tokyo Mitsubishi International from March 1994 to March 1999. Rachel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Brunel University London, obtained between 1990 and 1994, and attendance at Goole Grammar School from 1984 to 1990.
