Aleksandr Siora was awarded honors from the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He became a Corresponding Member of the Engineering Academy of Ukraine. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in 2005. In 2004, he was awarded the Certificate of Honour from the Ministry of Fuel and Energy and the Cabinet of Ministers. In 2000, he was a Member of the Coordinating Expert Council of SE NNEGC Energoatom. In 1998 he was the Chairman of the Board, General Director of RPC Radiy and In 1978 he graduated from Kirovohrad Agricultural Engineering Institute and was qualified in mechanical engineering.
