In 2011, Ievgenii Bakhmach was awarded the Certificate of Honour from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. In 2007, he was awarded the honorary degree of the“Honoured worker of industry in Ukraine.” In 2005, he became the Chairman of the Board of the regional department of Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. In 2001, he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Council of RPC Radiy. In 2000, he was awarded the Certificate of Honour from the Cabinet of Ministers. In 1992 he was the Chairman of the Board of Public Company “Kirovohradgranit.” In 1986, he was the General Director of industrial association “Kirovohradnerudprom.” and In 1973 he graduated from Kirovohrad Agricultural Engineering Institute and was qualified in mechanical engineering.
