Dru Kirk

Dru Kirk is currently the Head of Leadership Recruiting and Talent at rPeople, overseeing leadership hiring across all continents with a focus on Payments, FinTech, and SAAS talent pools. Previously, Dru served as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Marqeta, leading a global team in various recruitment functions and actively participating in diversity initiatives. Dru's experience also includes a role as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Navis, where leadership recruiting efforts contributed to significant company growth. Earlier career roles included positions at rPeople, Opes Advisors, and Provident Funding Associates, with a strong foundation in operations and team management. Dru holds a BA in Accounting and Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
