Prior to this role, Rajat has held various leadership positions at Hero MotoCorp Ltd since November 2013, including Head of Emerging Mobility, Global Business, and Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed strategic development and execution across multiple functions, focusing on innovation and bottom-line improvement. Rajat's previous experience includes a tenure as Partner at McKinsey & Company from June 1997 to October 2013, leading the Purchasing and Supply Management practice for the Asia Pacific and co-leading the Industrial practice. Rajat holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
