Phillip Kurello has experience in managing water needs for completion and production operations, overseeing water transfer operations, developing and maintaining SOPs for operations, and ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards. With a background in environmental studies, Phillip has also supervised construction operations for well pad, impoundment, and gathering line projects in the Marcellus Shale Gas Region.
