Dorcas Spencer

Dorcas Spencer is a Senior Consultant at RPI Consultants, with a rich background in healthcare project management and software implementation. Previously, Dorcas worked as a Senior Consultant in an independent capacity and spent over 14 years at Providence Health & Services, where roles included Project Manager and Application Director.
