Chuck Winograd

Chuck Winograd serves as a Management Advisor to RP Investment Advisors. He is also a Senior Managing Partner of Elm Park Capital Management and President of Winograd Capital Inc. He retired from RBC Capital Markets on December 31, 2008, where he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RBC Capital Markets and Group Head, Global Capital Markets. As a member of the firm’s Group Executive, he was one of eight executives charged with setting the overall strategic direction of Royal Bank Financial Group.

Presently, Mr. Winograd is Chairman of the board for TMX Group Limited and is on the board of James Richardson and Sons Limited,, Spin Master Corp, and is on the board of Trustees for RioCan Management REIT. Chuck is a board member of Sinai Health System and Pathways to Education.
