Fredrick Pena

Fredrick Pena has a diverse work experience in mechanical design and engineering. Fredrick is currently working as a Project Manager at R+D Custom Automation since January 2022. Prior to this, Fredrick was employed at Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery, Inc., where they held various positions including Sales Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Mechanical Designer. Fredrick started as a Senior Mechanical Designer in August 2012 and was promoted to a Project Manager role in September 2020. Before that, Fredrick worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Putzmeister America, Inc. from April 2012 to August 2012. Fredrick also worked as a Mechanical Designer at Wisconsin Oven from May 2011 to April 2012, and at Pneumatech Inc. from June 2008 to October 2011. Fredrick began their career at Brunswick Corporation as a Product Designer, where they worked from March 2003 to May 2008 and earned a patent for the Contender Cue Rack design.

From 2000 to 2002, Fredrick Pena attended ITT Technical Institute-Greenfield, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Aided Drafting Technology.
