Loren Esch

Loren began his career with R+D in 1985 as a draftsman/engineer, and was appointed President/CEO in the late 1990’s. In 2011, Loren took principal ownership of the company and expanded operations to accommodate continuing growth. Since then, he has helped build R+D into an enterprise that has realized a steady increase in year-over-year revenue. His latest endeavor is implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to streamline resource management and manage customer and vendor relationships.
