Richard Martoglio

Richard Martoglio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, affordable housing, and community development. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at RPM Development Group since April 2020, Richard previously held the role of Senior Associate at Forsyth Street Advisors, where expertise in underwriting, financial analysis, and structuring transactions involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits was developed.
