Brandon Wejrowski

Brandon Wejrowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and business development. Currently serving as a Product Owner and Manager of Operations at RPM since November 2020, Brandon has successfully managed a team of both on-site and off-site employees, implemented initiatives for employee development, and significantly improved operational efficiency, achieving a 50% increase in throughput and a 30% reduction in accounts receivable. Prior to RPM, Brandon worked as a Logistics Consultant and held various roles at Coyote Logistics, where responsibilities included managing operations teams and developing strategies for new customer partnerships. Early career experiences include a collections agent role at PNC and team lead position at Bay County. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Western Michigan University.
