Andy Polanco

Andy Polanco is an experienced manufacturing and operations leader with a proven track record in various senior roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at RPM International Inc. since June 2019, Andy oversees manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Andy held positions including Vice President Operations at DAP and Senior Vice President of Operations at Horizon Group USA, managing global operations and supply chain functions. With extensive experience at Masco Corporation, including roles such as Regional Vice President and Vice President Supply Chain & Operations, Andy has led large teams, implemented strategic plans, and achieved significant cost savings. Educational background includes an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix, along with ongoing studies at MIT Sloan School of Management.
