Bill Spaulding

Bill Spaulding is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the consumer goods and coatings industry. Currently serving as Group President of the Consumer Group at RPM International Inc. since September 2021, Spaulding oversees a diverse portfolio of well-known brands, including Rust-Oleum and DAP. Previously, Spaulding held various leadership roles at Rust-Oleum Corporation since June 1999, including President and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Spaulding holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
