Janeen Buzash Kastner has extensive experience in the field of human resources and risk management. Janeen Buzash worked at RPM International Inc. for over 20 years, starting as a Manager of Benefits & Insurance in 1997 and eventually serving as the Vice President - Corporate Benefits & Risk Management. Prior to their time at RPM International Inc., they worked as a Consultant at Watson Wyatt.

Janeen Buzash Kastner received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Math & Economics from Denison University in 1988. Janeen Buzash went on to pursue their Master of Science degree in Management at Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 1988 to 1990.
