Michael Goodwin

Michael Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael started their career as a Congressional Intern at the United States House of Representatives in 2006. In 2010, they joined Global Products Inc. as a Purchasing Agent until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, Michael worked at Carboline Company (RPM International) where they held various roles including International Purchasing Agent, Global Process & Materials Manager, Operations Process Manager, and Director of Global Sourcing. Since 2018, they have been employed by RPM International Inc. where they initially served as the Global Strategic Sourcing Manager - Chemicals and later as the Director of Strategic Sourcing - Chemicals.

Michael Goodwin completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Missouri State University in 2009, with a specialization in International Business Management. Additionally, Michael studied Chinese Language and Literature at Qingdao University in 2008-2009 and pursued International Business and Chinese Language Studies at Liaoning Normal University from 2006 to 2007.
