Katherine Ruiz

Katherine Ruiz is an experienced professional in the property management sector, currently serving as a Senior Regional Performance Manager at RPM Living since June 2022. Previously, Katherine held various managerial roles at Tricon Residential and Greystar, including Community Manager positions. Katherine's extensive experience began at Alliance Residential Company, where multiple titles were held, from Assistant Manager to Business Manager. Earlier in the career, Katherine worked as a Leasing Consultant at Embrey Partners and served as an ESL Teacher with the English Program in Korea. Katherine holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of South Florida, earned between 2007 and 2011.
