Kristen Gruza is an accomplished Community Manager with significant experience in property management and training across diverse communities. Currently serving at RPM Living since August 2025, Kristen previously excelled in the same role at Waterton, where responsibilities included managing a 434-unit community in Plano, achieving occupancy goals during renovations, overseeing vendor requisitions, and conducting investor tours. A seasoned professional, Kristen has held roles ranging from Area Manager to Portfolio Manager in various organizations, demonstrating a strong track record in team leadership, budget management, and marketing strategies. Additionally, Kristen has actively contributed to the Coppell Police Department as a community volunteer, utilizing sales and marketing expertise to support local initiatives. Educated at Del Mar College and The University of Texas at Austin, Kristen is well-prepared to resume a dynamic career in property management.
