Owen Wooten

Owen Wooten, CPA, serves as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at RPM Living since April 2023 and is a Partner at Wooten Partners, a real estate investment company specializing in value-add acquisitions and developments. With extensive experience in real estate analysis and financial modeling from previous roles at EY, including as a Transaction Real Estate Associate and Assurance Staff, Owen has been involved in portfolio valuations, market research, and auditing global private equity real estate funds. Additionally, Owen has worked with various organizations, analyzing capital allocation and managing property development processes to maximize investment returns. Owen holds a Master of Accounting and B.S. degrees in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
