Principal at RPM Ventures

Brad Lichota is a Principal for RPM Ventures, Brad Lichota helps keep the wheels on the car at the firm. He does research and analysis for the managing directors and offers both analytical and organizational support for the RPM portfolio companies.

Brad spent his early career as an analyst at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Chicago, where he advised ultra-high-net-worth clients on a series of sophisticated investment-, credit- and estate-planning strategies—work that prepared him well to support RPM Ventures. Before that, Brad was peer-elected to serve as the top youth representative of the Boy Scouts of America’s national honor society, the Order of the Arrow, where he served on behalf of the organization’s 3.5 million members by organizing leadership seminars, orchestrating national events and supporting the Socratic revision of the strategic plan. He also delivered the Boy Scout of America’s Annual Report to several key Congressional and publicly elected officials in Washington, D.C., including President Barack Obama.

Brad is an active member in the Boy Scouts of America community, where he provides mentorship and guidance for youth in the organization. He is also a Fellow of the Michigan Venture Capital Association’s Venture Fellow Program.

Brad graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and a minor in economics. He is an outdoor enthusiast (preferring the mountains over the beach), and he spends his spare time supporting his family’s farm. He lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his wife.
