Kirsty Taylor

Kirsty Taylor, CLPM, currently serves as Integration Success Manager and Content Manager at RPMGlobal, where responsibilities include ensuring successful software integration projects, leading content and training development, coordinating product internationalisation, conducting cybersecurity audits for ISO27001, and managing the Quality Management System for ISO9001. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Internationalisation and Shared Services, and Manager of Product Internationalisation at RPMGlobal, as well as extensive involvement in the Society for Technical Communication, holding positions such as Immediate Past President and President on the Board of Directors. Kirsty has also worked at ABB as Senior Manager of Documentation and Localization and held various positions at Ventyx and Mincom, accumulating significant experience in technical communication and content development across multiple sectors. Educational qualifications include a PG Dip Arts in Writing, Editing, and Publishing, a BA in Linguistics and Business German, and a B Inf Tech in Information Technology, all from The University of Queensland.
