Richard Mathews

CEO at RPMGlobal Holdings Ltd

Richard Mathews is the current CEO of RPMGlobal Holdings Ltd. Richard has previously held positions as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of eServeGlobal, Managing Partner of MHB Holdings Pty Ltd, and Chief Executive Officer of Mincom Limited.

Richard Mathews was appointed CEO of eServGlobal in June 2009. eServGlobal is an Australian technology company listed on both the ASX and the London Stock Exchange AIM. In August 2010, the company sold 45% of its assets to Oracle Corporation for 130% of the capitalisation of the entire company. Given the remaining business operations were European and Middle Eastern based, they stood down as CEO at the company’s AGM in November 2010 but stayed on the board in the capacity of Non-Executive Chairman. Richard stood down as Chairman in February 2014 following the sale of the HomeSend business to MasterCard. During their tenure, the company’s market capitalisation (including capital returns) increased by 620%.

From January 2007 to December 2009, Richard Mathews was Managing Partner of MHB Holdings Pty Ltd.

From January 2005 to December 2007, Richard Mathews was Chief Executive Officer of Mincom Limited.

Richard Mathews has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Otago, a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Otago, and is an Associate Charted Accountant (ACA) from the NZ Society of Accountants.
