Gordon Douglas currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at RPower LLC since October 2023. Prior to this role, Gordon held the position of Delivery Lead for Strategic Defense Accounts at Quest Defense from May 2023 to October 2023. Gordon's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Industrial Solutions at Generac Power Systems from December 2021 to May 2023 and Program Manager at QuEST Global from August 2013 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing engineering and operations for North American sites. Additionally, Gordon operated as an Integrated Family of Test Equipment Operator/Maintainer with the Tennessee Army National Guard between December 2010 and December 2014. Gordon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Principia College, graduating in 2007.
