RPS Holdings
Mike Bickel oversees all the firm’s functions, from sourcing acquisitions to serving on the board of directors at all portfolio companies. Mike started his career in 1982 working at what is now Rantec Power Systems, Inc. He served in multiple roles and departments on his path to General Manager. In 2003 he and other management purchased the company to oversee its expansion and success, founding RPS Holdings in the process.
He is an honored alumni of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where he holds BS Industrial Technology and an MS Industrial & Technical Studies.
