The Service and Support Team at RPS Imaging is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of radiology and ultrasound equipment for our clients throughout the Great Lakes Region. This team of dedicated Field Service Engineers, Service Engineers, and administrative support works collaboratively to provide timely and expert technical assistance, regular system upgrades, and training on new products and technologies. Their goal is to minimize downtime, enhance workflow, and maximize the customer experience by delivering reliable, high-quality service and support tailored to each client’s unique needs.
