Don Millar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Don is currently working as the Principal Project Engineer at RQM+, where they provide regulatory and quality consulting services for medical device and diagnostics. Prior to that, Don served as the Vice President of Engineering at Grote Industries, where they led the engineering team, contributed to product development, and implemented financial turnaround strategies. Don also held the role of Director of R&D Engineering at Northgate Technologies, Inc., where they developed FDA-regulated medical devices and upgraded the CAPA system. Don's experience also includes working at GE Healthcare as the Coils Engineering Leader, overseeing engineering aspects of a $100MM magnetic resonance surface coils business. Don began their career at Motorola as the Director of Engineering, leading teams in the development of cellular telephone hardware. Throughout their career, Don has demonstrated their expertise in product development, regulatory compliance, and team management.

Don Millar earned an MBA in Operations Management, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a dual major in English and Mathematics, earning a BA from Dartmouth College from 1976 to 1980. Don also holds a BSEE/MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, which they completed from 1982 to 1985.
