Paul Harger

Paul Harger has held various roles throughout their career. Paul started in 1989 as a Business Development Manager at Davon, Inc. In 1995, they joined Nerac and worked their way up to become the Senior Manager of Business Development. Paul later became the Director of Client Services and then the Corporate Sales Trainer. In 2016, they joined RQM+ as a Client Solutions Leader and was promoted to Vice President of Business Development in 2021.

Paul Harger attended Johnson State College where they studied Behavioral Science. Paul also obtained a certification in the Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the John D. Hromi Center for Quality and applied Statistics at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
