Shikha Batra

Shikha Batra, CF APMP, currently serves as a Senior Proposal Writer at RQM+ since September 2021 after previously holding the position of Proposal Writer. Prior experience includes roles at Medidata Solutions as a Proposal & Contracts Developer, WNS Global Services as a Consultant - Solutions, and KPMG India as a Senior Associate - Proposal Writer. Shikha's career began in project management with the Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010 as an Assistant Project Officer and included internships at Skylite and Infogain, where skills in product promotion and software development were honed. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Management and Organisational Change from Lancaster University Management School and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Ramjas College.
