Tia Myers

Tia Myers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tia is currently working as a Learning and Development Lead at RQM+, a leading medical device and diagnostics regulatory and quality consulting firm. Their role involves analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions to support the company's strategies. Prior to this, Tia worked at KYOCERA SGS Precision Tools as a Director of Associate Involvement and a Training and Occupational Development Specialist. Tia also has experience as a Project Coordinator at the National Inventors Hall of Fame and as a 360 App Customer Service Representative at ComDoc, Inc. Tia's earliest work experience includes being a Staff Leader at Lakeside Banquet and Meeting Center.

Tia Myers completed their Master of Education (MEd) in Adult Learning & Development at Cleveland State University from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Kent State University from 2009 to 2012.
