Matlab Aliyev

Matlab Aliyev currently serves at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport in the Department of Transport Policy, where responsibilities include overseeing project prioritization and developing detailed project plans since May 2022. Previously, between November 2020 and May 2022, Matlab worked at the Baku Transport Agency in project management, coordinating resources and implementing project work plans. Experience also includes an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan related to economic cooperation and various administrative roles at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Additional background includes positions in import/export processes, finance, and event management across multiple organizations. Matlab holds a Master of Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and has studied international business management at the University of Warsaw, alongside a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Qafqaz University.
