Samir Mammadov

Samir Mammadov, Ed.D., is an accomplished professional in the field of digital development and education, currently serving as the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport since May 2022. Mammadov has held several significant positions, including Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, and Co-Founder at Enginet LLC. With a strong background in both education and technology, Mammadov served as Director of High-Tech Park at Baku Engineering University and Head of Bureau on ICT for Education at the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Mammadov's academic credentials include a Doctor of Education focused on ICT in Education from The University of Edinburgh, an MBA from Azerbaijan State Economic University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from Khazar University.
