Timur Sadikhov

Timur Sadikhov currently serves as an IT Audit Manager at Rəqəmsal İnkişaf və Nəqliyyat Nazirliyi - The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Softgile from June 2021 to January 2024, Senior IT Auditor at Международный Банк Азербайджана from May 2019 to May 2021, and Senior Finance Information Systems Analytic at Gilan Holding from July 2015 to May 2019. Early career positions include Head of IT Department at "Alfa Insurance" OJSC from October 2010 to June 2015, and IT Specialist roles at Aztekom IB and Azertel MMC from December 2007 to May 2010. Timur Sadikhov holds a Master's degree in Security of Information Systems from Moscow Technological University (2014 - 2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics from Baku State University (2003 - 2007).
