Parijat Joshi

Parijat Joshi is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in labor relations and strategic HR management. Currently serving as AGM & Plant Head of HR & IR at RR Kabel Limited since May 2023, Parijat previously held the position of Plant Head HR & IR at Setco from July 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes leading HR functions at BMW Gallops Autohaus Ahmedabad, managing human resources for various automobile brands across Gujarat and Maharashtra with a workforce of over 2000 employees, and a tenure at Landmark Honda as Deputy General Manager-Human Resource, where responsibilities encompassed corporate HR, compensation, talent acquisition, and compliance. Parijat holds an M.Phil in HR from Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University and an MBA in Human Resources Development from N R Institute of Business Management.
