Amy Barricelli

Amy Barricelli has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Amy started their career as a Dual-City General Sales Manager at For Rent Media Solutions in 2001. From 2009 to 2014, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at AVE by Korman Communities, where they oversaw revenue management and created business plans for multiple multifamily communities. Following this, they worked as the Vice President of Marketing & Leasing at Edgewood Properties, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on commercial leases and luxury rental communities. In 2015, they joined Merion Residential as the Vice President of Marketing & Training. Amy then joined Buccini / Pollin Group as the Director of Residential Marketing in 2017, where they helped create a sense of community in luxury residences. Also in 2017, they joined DLP Real Estate Management as the Vice President of Leasing, Marketing & Revenue. Amy held various roles at DLP Capital from 2017 to 2023, including Senior Director of Elite Relationships and Senior Vice President of Revenue Acceleration. Most recently, they joined RR Living in 2023 as their Senior Vice President of Lease-Ups & Sales Acceleration.

Amy Barricelli attended Saint Joseph's University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. In 1997, they then attended Villanova University to further their studies in English Literature. Additionally, Amy Barricelli pursued a Master of Arts degree at the University of Oxford's Wadham College from 1998 to 1999.
