Cliff Sandlin is an accomplished Regional Property Manager with extensive experience in overseeing multifamily properties, including new construction lease-ups and value-add upgrades. Currently at RREAF Residential since March 2019, Cliff manages seven properties, focusing on maximizing returns through extensive repositioning and rehabilitation. Prior roles include Regional Property Manager at Valiant Residential, where oversight was provided for eight properties, and Senior Regional Manager at Greystar, managing a portfolio of 13 prestigious properties in Oklahoma City. Cliff's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Collegiate Management Group, Rockwood Capital, and Whiteco Residential, each emphasizing operational efficiency, budget management, and resident satisfaction. Cliff holds a B.B.A. in Business Management and Marketing from the University of North Texas.
