Adam Kaduce

Adam Kaduce, SIOR, currently serves as President of R&R Real Estate Advisors and previously held the position of Senior Vice President & Managing Director at R&R Realty Group since 2008, specializing in full-service real estate brokerage across a portfolio exceeding 9 million square feet of various commercial properties. Prior to this role, Adam co-founded Kaduce and Kaduce Lawn Care, where valuable experience in business development and strategy was gained through the management of over 50 properties weekly. Adam's educational background includes a Juris Doctorate with Honors and a Business Law Certificate from Drake University Law School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Marketing, and Insurance from Drake University. Additional educational pursuits include programs at Harvard Extension School and Leadership Iowa.
